"We loved our stay largely because the view of the ocean and beach are absolutely stunning. Sounds of waves crashing below rocked us to sleep. Couldn’t wait to get up to sip coffee and watch the light dance on the water. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds very comfortable and can be set up either as kings or twins which added flexibility. Well provisioned kitchen. Our host James was great in answering questions and provided a terrific house manual. He also let us store our luggage while the home was being cleaned and after we departed. Plus the West End of Tortola was far more appealing than the Road Town area. So lots of big pluses. There were also a few things that were sufficient but not up to that level. The furniture was fine but not much more. And the water pressure was really low, with hot water not much more than like warm. Also the beach below, while gorgeous, wasn’t really good for swimming as there are many stones. Finally, the driveway parking was very tricky. That aside, we loved our stay because the intimate connection with the Caribbean, location, and view. "

"Wonderful stay at this villa located up the hill from the lovely Long Bay Beach Resort. From the start of our booking to the very last day Our host Caroline was above and beyond helpful. The villa was beautiful! Clean and well appointed with plenty of room for us and our 2 adult daughters. Views were amazing with a deck off the main living space and a small balcony off the master bedroom . Beds were comfortable, AC worked great and beautiful breezes too when not used . A very quiet area. We did not rent a car and had wonderful taxi service when needed . About a 5-8 min walk down the hill to the resort and beach . We found the steep winding hill not to be an issue though it could definitely be hard for some. Guest passes for the Resort pool and pickleball courts were available for a fee and booked only the day of depending on the capacity of the resort We loved our stay and a huge thanks to Caroline !"

"Great family stay at Jonathan’s house. 6 adults and 2 kids, most days were spent on the beach. Smuggler’s Cove was a favorite. The house was perfect for our group and you can’t beat the views. Jonathan was extremely helpful with any questions we asked of him. He even dropped off some fresh caught Wahoo for us one day! We cooked at the house most of the days, as we enjoyed just hanging out in such a great space. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again."

"Val was outstanding !! So helpful and kind. We saw him a couple times during our stay. He carried our bags to/from the car and gave us fresh water at the door for feet sand washing.The villa was waterfront!! Beautiful views, relaxing sound of the waves! Good location westside of island. We had everything we needed for a wonderful celebration of hubby's 70th birthday!! Also a shout out to "Bella mobile massage" she set up her table on the deck with the sound of the waves!! Best massage ever!!!"
