"The entire hotel smells like cat urine. The floors and walls in the lobby, hallways, and stairwells are not swept or cleaned. The latch on the room door was broken off. The toilet was hanging off of the wall and the toilet seat was disgusting. The smoke detector was hanging out of the wall. The mirrors were covered in fingerprints. The metal surfaces in the bathroom were rusted. The showerhead was discolored and dirty. The second we arrived, the putrid smell induced vomitting sensations. We left...

"very charming property. classic style of a bed & breakfast. Daily homemade breakfast which was nice-- would be nicer to have some options, toast, cereal etc rather than just the same thing for every guest, however the food was good, just sparse. Tea/coffee always available. Very cute set-up for a breakfast bar, or can eat outside on the porch. The staff (I think the owner?) Marci was very accommodating and friendly.
