The room was clean and comfortable, hotel seemed new and the breakfast was fantastic! During my stay there were Biscuits and Gravy, Eggs, Sausage, Bacon and a delicious spicy hash brown casserole that I would have paid money for! "

"It’s not new and it’s not fancy, but it is so clean! You can tell by the beautifully maintained planters around the front door that someone is working to make this a good place to stay. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot. There’s even a homemade waffle bar in the lobby for breakfast. For the price, you can’t beat it. "

"I usually stay here every time I'm in Knoxville because the rooms are reasonable, nice, and staff know me. There were a few stains on my comforter but other than that everything was fine. I'm sure if I would've asked for another one I would've gotten it, but I was ready to go to sleep. "
