"The 1st floor was being renovated, & we didn't know it. We had asked for a room on the 1st floor, so the attendant apologized & said we would have to walk up the stairs to the 2nd floor. We are both in our 70's & were able to traverse the stairs, both up & down, but with luggage it was more difficult. We were only provided with 1 small bar of soap, 1 roll of toilet paper, & no tissues. After requesting more, they were given to us.
