Unfortunately when we arrived were told breakfast was not included - that seemed strange I booked the room on the pretence it served breakfast - being a "Guest House". I paid top price for this site when compared with other B & B's. Although they did end up supplying cereal for breakfast. But that is not good enough for the price. Also daily service was minimalist. "Lovely small hotel at an excellent location. A bit noisy when plane takes off but then you are near the airport. Staff very lovely. Rooms are clean and modern. I didn’t eat breakfast there as i only wanted a pastry and there's a cafe nearby. Can use the DLR or walk across Cannaught Bridge to get the 129 bus."
