"The location of this hotel was perfect. Easy access to Boston's historical history and walkable to many restaurants, shops, and the North End."

"The good: breakfast every day (except Monday morning; fewer travelers?) was good with a variety of bagels, toast and sometimes English muffins. Fruit included apples, oranges and bananas. Yogurt and cereals. Hard boiled eggs. Coffee, tea and OJ. The coffee, tea and water were available 24/7 in the spacious lobby. Fitness center was nice and had a water station and towels. Parking was included in the $34/day destination fee with plenty of spaces. The staff was nice as they were responsive when I forgot toothpaste or couldn’t get the TV to work (see below). Beds were comfy. Location is great- walking distance to Coolidge Corner and right across the street from a T stop so taking the train is super easy (never once ubered). The bad: they seemed short staffed as the reception desk and bar was staffed by the same person at times. One time I saw a line a dozen people deep waiting to get checked in. Rooms are standard and showing their age. My shower curtain smelled musty. TV streaming services are available through Google Chromecast. My room didn’t have a device. A maintenance person was sent to install one but we never got it to work."

Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport

"Luxury and all the amenities! We arrived several hours before check-in and our room was ready early. Such a bonus after traveling all day! Clean property, spotless room. The pool area was so relaxing to lounge for a few hours in the afternoon. We were only in town for one night and the Omni made it a wonderful experience!"
