Minor drawbacks: There was some confusion on the part of the front desk staff about whether there was a full breakfast buffet available (there wasn't, maybe because the hotel wasn't full enough?). The toiletries had an oddly strong smell, and one that (also oddly) seemed more oriented toward businessmen. A more neutral, less strong scent would have been good."

My room key did not work so I was lock out of my room, when I called down to the front desk I got no answer I went down stairs there was no one there. After about fifteen minute wait she finally up. But it is absolutely too much to go into now so what I will do is notify Marriott headquarters."
