"It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Canopy. Beautiful location, we loved the food downstairs at Banter and upstairs on the rooftop. The rooftop pool was gorgeous. There are two things I could comment on. The price of valet was $100 for the weekend which is outrageous. Also, the upstairs restaurant does not open until 11:00AM. So if you’re considering brunch there on a Sunday before check out, it is not possible. Besides that the staff and location, room and all were fantastic. "

"Lovely stay at this new resort. Very nice pool and attentive staff. Well designed relaxation areas with fire pits for the evening. Spa and service were great! Food and service were also great. Good addition to the Autograph Collection. Given the resort is in a private community with gated access and there is plenty of space around, $48/day for required valet parking is beyond excessive. Even the Biltmore in Coral Gables and the Breakers in Palm Beach do not do that. Valet parking should be made optional. The hotel lobby and elevator scent was too much and smelled quite synthetic. Complimentary hotel bikes were a nice touch! Close to both, West Palm and Palm Beach. "
