A Hidden Jewel

Great Time!

We had a great time! The house was exactly as listed. It was clean and very spacious. It is also located close to a few different beaches, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The owner was very informative and quick to reply and handle any question or issue that we had. I would definitely recommend! Thank you for helping making it a great vacation 😄

Cute place convenient location

This is a very nice and cute cottage. Their are 3 tvs and 4 beach chairs are provided. Fully equipped kitchen. Only 1 mile from the ocean beach and half-mile from a park with a beach on the lagoon. Beach has a strip of bar & grills. Also, conveniently in between Jupiter and West Palm Beach. Close to I-95. Convenient location for spring training. Would definitely stay here again!

False Advertisement and Unsafe Environment

My husband and I with my brother and his wife from PA were staying for our anniversary's and the Florida Marlins Spring Training Games. We were told there was a hot tub and steps to the beach. Both being false advertisement. We spoke to Jill and she had contacted Verbo in which they changed the listing but sent us an Email and basically said we were stuck and they didn’t care. Then Sunday late afternoon there was a shooting right across the street at the Publix. All the way around this was not a safe place to stay nor was it advertised correctly. Although the host was nice in texting. It was the worse stay in West Palm we have ever had! Verbo would never be recommended by me or any of my family. Their support team was useless and Taylor on their Support team is just ignorant by skirting through the situation like it was okay we were lied to about the amenities and very unsafe in the neighborhood we stayed in!!!!
