"The property was great. I am disappointed that when I arrived to check in, the front desk agent said I needed to pay for the room upfront on top of the incidental charge. I have never had to pay for a room upfront. When I asked why, all she said was the system required it. 1. It made me feel like your hotel doesn’t trust that I can afford the room or I will pay. 2. Train your employees to have better answers with actual reasons behind it."

"This hotel was incredible. From the moment we walked in, we loved it. The staff were so friendly and kind. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The gym was above average and we had great workouts. The breakfast was delicious! Even our 10 year old picky eater ate well and said good things! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! "I needed to return to PHX for a business trip, while having a hotel with a shuttle and hotel with a pool. I stayed at this hotel on my previous trip. Upon looking to see what else was available, I decided to go with this hotel again. It's a short ride from the airport, shuttle is reliable, walking distance to a few places, and the pool has a resort like feeling. I also like that the building has outside entrances to the rooms and is only a few floors high. I was appreciative that I was given a ground level room as I had a fractured toe. The staff are very pleasant and accommodating."

"The property waa not that big but it was clean and organized. The staffs are so friendly and you can feel the welcoming attitude they shown. And love the location it was quiet and the shuttle was convenient from the airport vice versa. It was a good place for you to stay and able to recommend to friends and family. "
