Others tend to be not as great as the pictures show, this one I felt looks better in person than the pictures show, and they're good pictures. "We had the best time staying at the cub house with our 3 kids- ages 7, 11 and 13. The house had plenty of cozy blankets and the beds/pillows were very comfortable. The house was extremely clean and the kitchen was stocked with pots and pans so it was easy to cook dinner. We felt very comfortable, safe and had a great time playing games and enjoying the hot tub. This was truly a fantastic property and we hope to come back soon."

"Celebrated our daughter’s 14th birthday in Arnold and boy did we enjoy our stay. The cabin was everything listed in the caption and so much more! Kitchen was fully stocked and all appliances worked. We felt at home and comfortable on all three floors. The decor was probably our favorite! We had so much fun finding all the unique lights throughout the cabin (very nice touch). Got good use out of the pool table as well. Well definitely be back."

"The house was very easy to get into and very clean. Suzanne left the snow shovel outside and we needed it when we got there. Kitchen was fully stocked. Wifi was flawless. Princess room was a big hit for our girls. 3 min walk to the lake! Highly recommend!"

We loved lounging with morning coffee on the decks and using the hot tub after a day of hiking. The house had everything we needed to cook our own meals and the fireplace was wonderful for nights indoors. It’s a great location for visiting Murphys and Lake Alpine. There was an issue with lighting in the living room (overhead bulbs out and a lamp not working) which weren’t fixable...

"The house was located deep in the woods with fabulous windows. Eating meals was like bird watching with all the comforts of home. However my son works high tech & there was absolutely no signals—we were totally cut off from the internet civilization which was sooo relaxing for a us retired folks. But, he kept having to drive down past Arnold to get a signal to check on his work….wifi was spotty at best!"

"We stayed at this property over the Memorial Day weekend and it was perfect for my family. The master bedroom downstairs with large master bath was great for my parents who have trouble with stairs. The upstairs bedroom with bunk beds was a hit with my two boys. And there was a pack-n-play that came in very handy for naptime for my brother’s little infant. "This home was very comfortable and clean. The wood stove added to the cozy atmosphere. The property met our party's needs. This was ideally located near our friend's cabin and perfect for heading up to Bear Valley. We stayed 3 nights. We cooked one night and found the kitchen more than adequate. This home was better stocked than many we have experienced. I slept well each night and the master bed was very comfortable. We experienced significant rain and wind all 3 days and we stayed safe and dry...

"The place is nice. Perfect place for the size of our group. Great deck and view. The WIFI drops a lot and there is terrible phone reception. This made it difficult for our texts to the owners asking about specific issues during our trip which included the septic tank. Make sure you text them from different phone plans to make sure they get your message."
