"Relaxing location!If you've ever wanted to try a Tiny Home, here's your chance. 3 of us stayed, and while it's a bit tight inside, the addition of a front deck, fire pit area, and yard gave us plenty of space. We had sunny weather every day and enjoyed sitting on the patio or on the chairs in the lawn. Perfect for napping, reading, or watching the stars at night.Orchard House is centrally located just 5 min from the ferry, 15 from Deer Harbor Marina, 10 min from shopping in East Sound, and under 30 to Moran State park.The hosts are so friendly and have a little farm stand where you can buy eggs and jam. I would definitely stay again ( :[Be aware the island has limited cell reception outside of the ferry dock and East Sound.]"

"Our stay was great. However, there were no instructions for certain things. For example, check in was a little confusing. We didn’t know exactly which house we were staying at and took a little figuring out. The personalized door code was a great touch, that way you can’t get locked out, very nice!!! We had to figure out how to use the hot tub, it went into a system lock one night and there were no instructions how to get it out, luckily we were able to figure it out. There were also no instructions on how to check out, so when it came to the wet towels, bedding, and dishes we had no guidance, so we just did what we have done at other VRBO’s and stripped the beds, put the wet towels in the bath, and hand washed some of the dishes but left them out to dry. The last thing I think that was a little frustrating was that the area has no cell service so it’s impossible to call for assistance. The overall stay was great. Wonderful location, beautiful scenery, very cozy, house was very clean, and the BBQ restaurant right next door was awesome!!!"

"Beautiful place. Three separate units that worked well for a big group. Super good for our dogs and kids. Nice hot tubs. Really nice location close to the harbor, walking trails and a restaurant. Is part of the deer property inn, so not really its own home. The listing was slightly confusing on number of beds and bedrooms. There are two bedrooms in the main house and one bedroom in each of the other suits. The rest of the beds were either pull out, roll away, sofa bed or sleeping mat. Kitchen was well equipped. We had a great time! "

"Kitchen could use mixing bowels. Temp of upstairs master cups not be changed. Great view with spectacular sunsets and quick to ferry. 9 of us fit easily. Would a stay here again. "

"We truly enjoyed staying at this wonderful home. The location was beautiful and tucked away in the woods, and very private. We had all the things we needed in the kitchen to enjoy many meals, including fresh crab! Our one pet is an elderly Schnauzer and he enjoyed roaming the grassy areas. We would definitely like to return again! Pam and Byron"
