Room was lovely and large, clean and tidy, modern. Bed comfy, lovely tea/coffee/hot chocolate facilities. Bathroom was nice and clean. Towels were soft. It was quiet of a night time, room was warm and dark so perfect to help sleep. "

Staff were so incredibly helpful, the swimming pool was well worth the £5 charge, this lets you also use the steam and sauna rooms. The location was great, with a bus stop round the corner for easy 15/20 min ride to Newcastle city centre. We will definitely be back "
