"If you’re bringing pets be prepared for a ridiculous pet fee at check in that was not listed on any booking site. If I’d known how much the pet fee was I wouldn’t have booked at the Sheraton. Also they charge for parking."

"One observation to share is that when one leaves their room there is no signage to show where the ice machines or vending machines are. Or where the Fire Exits are? Granted, that once a hallway is full of smoke there is no visibility. But it seems very barren to walk down hotel hallways and there is not signage for important needs. And yes, at the end of the hallways there are Fire Exit signs."

"Didn’t end up staying. The photos are not what the hotel actually is. Room was nasty, there were wires hanging from the ceiling fan. The windows wouldn’t lock! Poor service when asked for a refund for the unsafe conditions"
