We never had to wait to use the bathroom facilities. The place felt quiet and well looked after. Any questions I had before my stay were responded to quickly. "The receptionist (male) is rude and paranoid. I called the police on him because he refused to give me a receipt and he was harassing me from the time I checked in. He was psychologically harassing me and was threatening to kick me out because he did not likely question about the neighborhood if it's safe or not. I was appalled and traumatized by his attitude. I filed a police report for harassment and refusal to issue a receipt. Racist and inhospitable service. Will not recommend to anyone....
