Close to the RJT golf courses and a great place to relax and watch the NCAA games after a good round of golf. Chris definitely cared about making sure we didn't have any issues and that we were enjoying our stay. "

"This property was an absolute dump. The location was unconscionable. We were flabbergasted by condition of the house itself. It is definitely not for a family getaway. Numerous safety issues need to be addressed at this property. Grass was not cut, yard was full of dog poop and water. Totally unacceptable. "

"Do not book! When we arrived, every ceiling fan was turned on high. There were 6 air fresheners throughout - which was overwhelming. After staying for the first night of our 3 night stay, we had to leave because my husband had a terrible migraine. When we had turned down the fans, the odor started in the unit. There is clearly a sewage issue which is what we believe the property owners were trying cover up. The electrical connections in the kitchen are nothing short of scary! There are wires running along the walls, and into outlets for lights. There is no way this property meets proper building codes. The kitchen itself is not clean and the cabinets are terrible. I take negative reviews very seriously, and I would not leave this if I did not believe it was warranted. However, this property is a serious health and safety hazard. "

"We booked this place for 12 people for a Fri-Mon am stay. When we arrived, we discovered that one of the bathrooms did not have working lights/electricity. I immediately messaged the host, and other than an auto reply that stated I would receive a response within “4 business hours” I never heard from them nor was the issue resolved. One of the main reasons that we booked this house was to accommodate 12 people-including the use of 3 bathrooms. Additionally, this house is arranged oddly where access to bedrooms and bathrooms are through walking through bedrooms, which made arrangements challenging. The shower temperature went from comfortable, to hot, to freezing cold intermittently without any discernible reason. There appears to be a leak in the ceiling in the back of the house and several areas had loose trim with nails exposed. The area surrounding this property is sketchy and appears to be bordering some sort of low income housing. There is frequent train activity which is loud and disruptive to sleep. I have stayed in many VRBO houses and this was, by far, my worst experience. I should have known by the issues I had with the property management just trying to process my credit card to reserve this property. They kept saying my card was declined but the credit card company said the transaction was not coming across to them and was never declined. I do not recommend using this property and I’m hopeful that VRBO will do something to make this right."

"I'm not sure if you knew or anyone told you but it's roaches there and ladybugs in the beds from the time I started until I left overall it was comfortable nice and clean "

"This house is UNSAFE. The furnace exhaust pipe outside is broken and pumping carbon monoxide in upstairs bedrooms. The upstairs bathroom leaks on the stairway landing. Only enough hot water for 1 person to shower. There are numerous other complaints we could've overlooked (only place to sit was the stained couch), etc. No response from the Host currently. It's been over a week since we brought issues to attention."
