"This felt like the ultimate bait and switch. The photos and reviews online seemed like a fine spot to stay. I've stayed at Red Lion's before and they were lovely. When we arrived I had to pull up the reservation thinking there was no way we were in the right spot. The building was falling apart. The room we were first checked into was utterly disgusting and the smell of cigarette smoke was tremendous. I walked back to lobby and asked for a new room as we couldn't stomach the smell....

"The cleaning lady was excellent, friendly and knowledgeable! 3 nights there and 2 of the 3 mornings no breakfast left hour before closing hours, everytime leave room have to go back and have room key redone! 1 coffee pot made in the morning and when it’s empty they don’t make anymore until the next day!"
