"Great hotel with convenient access to public transit and Times Square/Broadway. Staff was super helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. No real room service, but plenty of restaurants nearby or through GrubHub. There's also a nice market with seating adjacent to the lobby. My only (minor) complaint was breakfast - expensive takeout bags with limited options."

"We loved the location, liked the diner on site, and we really liked the historical feel of the hotel. The gentlemen that guarded entry to the elevators were always super helpful and friendly."

"We stayed for one night, but didn't fly out until 8:45 pm the next day. The staff was awesome about giving us directions to local sites so we were easily able to walk to the Empire State Building, Macy's, and Times Square during the evening. Then the staff stored our bags after checkout the next day while we explored the Flatiron District, and some of the other old architectural buildings. We rode the airtrain to Jamaica Station, then jumped on the LIRR train to Penn Station. From there we walked several blocks in two different directions to arrive at the hotel without any problems."
