"We had room service the first night..lasagna was good however the fish & chips were average. Both meals were served only warm and I thought that was because it was room service. We dined at Champs on Sunday night and both of us had the sirloin chips and salad. One steak was good the other a bit chewy. The meals were only warm when served and I had to ask for my meal to be heated up in the microwave also the gravy was only just warm. The meals were served on cold plates which is not ideal. Lastly the restaurant area was quite cold and we needed to put a jacket on to be a bit more comfortable We had breakfast the second morning after reading reviews on how good it was, however it was just average. Maybe because it was Monday and a public holiday however not impressed. The barista made coffee was lovely but was not included in the breakfast. Thank you to the young barista!"

"Lets be honest this hotel is older so dated and worn. However the rooms are large with everything you need. Stayed in 1 bedroom apartment as a family. Good sized fridge, bathroom and cupboard space. You can't cook full meals just small put together stuff. Staff are helpful and Hotel is close to everything. If you run out of stuff or need something sorted they do what they can. Parking is limited and quite tight. Parking isnt always available even when you pay for it but the parking building is cheap and just next door or the one 200 meters away. Pool was lovely. Cold but good after the hot spa that is there. Gym is basic but functional except treadmill needs fixing. Breakfast buffet was lovely and everything you need, fresh, a good variety and selection. Our dryer didnt work, they were quick to offer several options to fix. Hotel was fully booked out due to several big sporting events and we still found it quiet and not busy. For the price and location I think this hotel is fine. It's a good budget option for families just don't expect 5 star quality. Cannot fault breakfast or staff. Would stay again with a smaller vehicle."

"Staff was good, specially Linda. She was very helpful and guest caring. Property is good. But worst thing that Heating was not working, staff moved me to another room but nothing happened. It was very cold then they gave me a small room heater to survive. Balcony is just to show, it was locked and no access."
