"Everything was beautiful. When chatting it was a little bit of a hassle to have a crib waiting in our room. Everything else was great. The property is beautiful and spotless. Pool is not heated it was quite cold."

"The pool was great but if you are bringing your kids to use the water slide make sure they are 48inchs tall or they cant use it found out the hard way and my son was very disappointed.the web site does not have this information when booking."

"If my daughter goes to Western, this will be my hotel of choice. The decor is beautiful. The people are so nice and kind the restaurant and the food are fantastic and it is connected to a ton of activities if you have other kids with you."

"Do yourself a favour and avoid this property at all costs. This is not a hotel it feels more like a cheap motel. The room was absolutely unacceptable and clearly not properly cleaned. The bed felt dirty, and the sheets didn’t smell fresh. There was someone’s hair on the bathroom counter, the shower had visible mould, and the shower curtain was filthy. There was also garbage left on the dresser, and when we opened the pullout couch, we found a used, dirty paper towel underneath. To make matters worse, the hair dryer didn’t work. When we contacted the front desk, they offered to switch rooms but mentioned it would likely be in the same condition, which was very concerning. Breakfast was well below any reasonable hotel standard. The food appeared reheated, the bread was cold and stale, and the use of paper plates and plastic cutlery made the experience feel cheap and poorly managed. Several guests came in, looked at the food, and left. I stay in hotels frequently, and for the price paid, this was completely unacceptable. There are far better options available,look elsewhere."

"Interesting check in process and very welcoming lobby with flavoured water, coffee and a candy bar! The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The “courtyard view” is a strange interior area, but did let some natural light in. My only real complaint was the mattress. Comfortable in its own, but if sharing you could feel if someone was breathing too heavily. The opposite of do not disturb. Not a great sleep because of it. Otherwise, loved the robes, the bathroom amenities, etc. "

"The toilet was clogged when we got there and they just brought me a plunger to plunge it myself because it was after 6pm and there was no maintenance person on site at that time. The ventilation system was also very loud and we had trouble sleeping because of it. "
