"We enjoyed our stay at this rental! Close to Herkimer Diamond Mines, which is where we wanted to visit while in the area. Communication with the owner was prompt, and any questions and concerns were answered immediately. Place is very neat, cute, and homey, which had everything we needed to be able to make meals, and clean up after ourselves. "My husband and I stayed here due to its proximity to the Boilermaker start line. The apartment was very clean and nicely stocked and organized. Communication with the property manager was very easy and she was quick to reply to any questions. The place is very quiet and parking and finding the place was easy. A comfortable, clean place to stay in Utica!"

"This is our second time staying here. We only stay over night, as it’s a half way point for us on our way to Vermont, but it’s perfect if you’re wanting to stay longer. The location is amazing and the apartment is clean and comfy. There’s a cute little coffee spot underneath it that makes the best breakfast sandwiches and a solid cold brew. Communication is fast. There are quite a few stairs if you’re not looking to walk up to the third floor, but we think it’s totally worth it. ☺️"
