"We booked this room for the price and proximity to the cruise ship pier. You get what you pay for. Honestly, the best part of our stay were the shuttle drivers, they were efficient and helpful. The hotel grounds look like they need a very thorough power washing. The “restaurant/ store “on site is a converted hotel room. The only walkable restaurant next door is a Joke, with no service. We waited for 15 minutes then left after no acknowledgment from their staff. 1 Star…"

"The shower handle kept falling off and the toilet flushed very slow and the sink was also slow to drain. I reported it to the front desk staff but no one from Maintenance ever came to fix it during our stay. They need to do a better job at maintaining their rooms and checking to make sure that everything works properly in each room. Terrible"

"Was not to bad only stayed 1 night before our cruise . The hotel smells good & looks clean when you walk in . There is no elevator . The room was ok i did notice a couple bugs in the bathroom . Did not get the chance to check out pool due to such a late check in or try the breakfast . All in all it was a decent stay . "

"I never used the pool, but it looked nice and clean. Room wasnt anything fancy, but it was clean and comfortable. Location was great. In the middle of alot of attractions. Would definitely stay there again."

"Parking was good, A/C worked fine, but was noisy. No amenities such as continental breakfast, but there is an IHop right next door. No pool, no workout room. Signs in the rooms speak of conserving water, but the tub in our room and the room next door both dripped constantly. Two elevators by check in, but one was broke the 3 nights we stayed there. If you're not okay with lots of street noise, this would not be the place for you. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Rooms and hotel were very clean. There's a great ice cream place called Charlie's Ice Cream about 1 mile away. Highly recommend Charlie's. "

"The only issue is they need more elevators and the bar and restaurant need to stay open late. We love this place and love how beautiful they have made it and smells amazing "
