"Property felt old and a bit dirty, and TVs did not work throughout the hotel, although the staff did apologize for that and gave a $50 credit which was appreciated."

"Didn't eat there but had a drink on the patio which was wonderful. We went back to room and looked in the frig. No Chardonnay and just an odd collection of massively overpriced but highly overrated, poorly chosen wines. I went back to downstairs bar, got to two glasses of wine which we enjoyed as we waited to her from our kids who were traveling from different cities. So mostly great but could have been better!"

"The lobby is on the 3rd floor which was out of the ordinary… you come in to only elevators… I’m guessing it’s a safety precaution but very inconvenient for guests… especially if no-one is there to let you in initially. 1 elevator was being serviced during our stay… so we waited a long time for elevators. Breakfast was great! There were plenty of options and they served until 10:00 so that was a plus!"

"First off they did not give me the room i asked for and when i was starting to drive from dallas to houston i called to confirm my room they confirm anyways i get there is not what i book and i was told the one i wanted had been booked for months. It was raining so the water was coming into the room i called from desk and they sent maintenance all he did was put a towel as a doormat to soak up the water. He said they didn't have enough buckets for a leak that was right by the door. The fire alarm thing was hanging off the ceiling and he couldnt fix it due to him not having the proper tools. Spiderweb on ceiling as well. NO BREAKFAST all they offer is coffee, "granola bars" and some muffins that who knows how long they were there. Beds need to be updated i could feel the spring on my back. Also front desk said no cleaning service, they only go every 14 days. You live and you learn. I wont book here again. "

"Great Hotel in nice area"

"I stay here for work every year because it's close to where I need to be. The staff are great but some things just don't change and the hardest thing about this location is the sound. If the person next to you happens to be loud or talk near the shared door, it's very disruptive, even with earplugs. Also the sound from the hallway is heard very loudly inside the room. In general I'm not sure why this hotels tends to have loud patrons but it has been an issue every year I visit."

"The lady at night was super helpful, but the guy in the morning was zootopia slow. The Elevator didn't work really all that well, and the TV was bad; you could only change the channels if you were sitting on the end of the bed. They tried to fix it, but never got it to work."
