"This is a gem (aside from construction noise across the street, and no working USB port in the room), everything was great!! Staff went out of their way to help find a USB brick :-) Late checkbout options (for a fee) are awesome, especially for getting in one more afternoon at the beach and having a place to clean up and change before departing. Only thing ill change next time, is bring my own USB port for backup :-)"

"Came here with my husband to celebrate our one year anniversary. Our room was absolutely stunning with a beach front view and balcony right outside the window. They have a cute and complimentary wine and cheese hour in the late afternoon. We enjoyed a glass of wine on their front porch and watched the waves. Top balcony is excellent for viewing the sunrise, and their breakfast had a good variety of eggs, toasts, home made cinnamon bread, granola and yogurt. I appreciated that it was all...

"Me my family and friends have made this hotel our 1st choice when traveling to Santa Cruz, you can’t beat the price and conveniently close to board walk. And the staff is great. "

"The team is great. Valet opens your door every time. The bar and restaurant staff are great. Rainbow, crystal, Chris, Jeff, and Gabriel are all fabulous. Although understaffed. We were there three days and never had our room serviced. The lobby restrooms were a mess, but again, not enough staff. Give them help and everything will be ok. Great job restaurant and bar team!"
