"It was very clean, very quiet. Keep in mind that the pool is outdoor and has no shade at all so you will need towels for the chairs and sunblock. The continental breakfast was amazing. Our room was very clean and the housekeeping crew were awesome anytime we needed extra towels. 10/10 would stay again, and probably will."
"We arrived in the evening, the entire lobby smelled like marijuana. The room had no ice bucket, the latch to lock the door was broken and didn’t work, and remote didn’t work for the tv most of the time. The room was hot even with the ac on the lowest setting. The staff was very friendly though."
"My stay here was great until they tried to charge me $121 for a cleaning fee for dirty towels and bedding. They had said they were beyond able to clean and would have to replace all of it. The cleaning crew didn’t even wash or try to clean anything and charged me. I pushed back and after them washing everything, it all came out clean. I was refunded in the end but only because I called them out for it"
