The apartment was well equipped and the 'party room' downstairs served as an excellent bike store and communal area. The host was very friendly and helpful and certainly added to an enjoyable stay."

"Hans and his wife are incredibly gracious hosts and provided an excellent start to our journey! Unpresidented beauty surrounds you in all directions. The location added ease of travel to multiple destinations both touristy and free will to roam and explore. Very friendly town folk and business owners throughout the area. Be sure to stop by De Rijk Zuivel, the little family dairy right down the lane, for some ice cream, phenomenal cheeses or other goodies they make right there! Tell Steven and Ageline that Chad the farmer sent you. Ask Hans about the windmill. He has so much pride in it and rightfully so! Being a stuart of the mill is a generational family tradition. It is an absolute work of ingenuity and art. Fully functioning, it retains a vital role in water level control in the surrounding canals. By far the most beautiful mill we saw on our entire stay in the Netherlands, and we saw dozens. We cannot thank you enough for helping to make our trip so special. Everything combined was truly a magical experience for us. I hope we are able to return again in the future. Or at the very least, have our paths cross again some day. Be well our new friends.
