"Do not count on the sofa bed. It was awful—the worst sofa bed I have ever slept on. You could feel all the coils digging into your back, making it very uncomfortable. The microwave was also strange. When it was cold, the door was fine but as soon as it heated up, the door would lock and was difficult to open. The carpets did not appear to be clean or freshly washed. However, the hotel’s location was excellent and very convenient."

"The rooms and property are clean and maintained. The rooms are also very spacious. You will need to bring dishwashing liquid and paper towels as they are not stocked in the rooms. Pool and beach access were great! Ocean view rooms are a bit of gamble, but really loved the pool view as you could see the ocean."

"Leo at the check in desk was very helpful and knowledgeable, unlike the other lady whose name I didn’t even catch. She was distracted and inattentive. The pool is not well maintained or usable because the water was stagnant and frothy! The equipment at the gym was squeaky and not well maintained. Why do guests have to pay $15/day for parking when the hotel stay is already so expensive? The breakfast was decent and sufficient for guests. House keeping staff was also helpful and kind."

"I really wanted to give this hotel a glowing review. They have a great location, super easy access to the beach, good views, and a fantastic room layout that worked really well for us and our 2 little kids. We had two major issues. First, the internet and cell service is horrible. We could only use our phones on our balcony and none of the wifi services on the TV worked. Secondly, I complained 3 times about our neighbor constantly smoking on their balcony and I was brushed off and insulted....

"Me and my family stayed for 2 nights and it was a good experience. Our room was a double queen, we had a stove& oven, microwave, mini fridge, 2 sinks, extra pillow ect. The room was clean - traveling with an infant and toddler thats crucial to me. I have 3 downsides to the room we stayed in. We had a balcony and the door had not been maintenanced so it came off the hinges frequently making it hard to shut the door. Secondly, the bathroom door didnt shut either unless you pull up on the door...
