"Liked the fridge iron and ironing board in room"

"I have already text you regarding our stay it was not a hotel it was a air bed. There not enough room to swing a cat. There was only 1 towel and one beaker and no toilet roll. The outside stairs to the were dangerous. We only stayed one night as my husband nearly fell twice trying to go to the toilet. We need you to contact us so we can complain. We would like a refund for at least one night. If not both. This definitely is not a Hotel. The outside stairs were not safe the handrails were loose. I am 66 and my husband is72 so it was hard for us with health problems. "

"From start at reception ,we had food which was very good ,a nice pint of guinness and the room we stayed in was cosy clean and comforting,i could not of asked for more. Thank you to all staff."

"Was only there one night due to work commitments but room was very comfortable, even though the rooms are above a lively pub, there wasnt much noise. Everything you need is there, tea, coffee, porridge and a comfortable bed."
