"Beautiful hotel even looking through storm Claudia! The food was first class in the restaurant with some of the best chicken I've tasted. The room was lovely and little touches like light coming on when you opened the cupboard & a night light in the bathroom added to the stay. Bed was soft and comfortable. Very pleasant stay with lovely staff and if we ever go up that was again, definitely high on our list to stay: just hope the weather is better :-)"

"Lovely hotel modern clean rooms had all you need. Pool size and amenities were excellent staff all lovely easy check in and check out had dinner in the restaurant food was really nice great choice so many I would have had but only stayed one night and no room for pudding but the choice was excellent great breakfast and lovely staff all in all a great one night stay to visit family located close to shops and cinema etc which was ideal couldn’t fault anything we will stay again when we come to visit family hopefully for a little longer next time "

"The last few times i have stayed it rakes a while to check in as no one is maning the reception. You have to wait for someone from the bar to see you or when you press the bell to come over when they are not serving customers. There are peopke sitting around you shile your waiting to check in, which is awward as you have your bags and feel in the way. Check in was much better when the hotel reception was separate to the bar area. Also upon arrival to the room, the door was wide open. This felt a bit odd and anyone could have gone into the room. Apart from the above, a very pleasant stay with friendly staff."
