We never heard the people upstairs. We especially enjoyed the proximity to food stores, shopping, and restaurants. We look forward to reserving the unit again for our next visit to Columbia, MD."

"Went to visit our son in DC for thanksgiving. We had 8 adults staying and we cooked our thanksgiving dinner together. There was not enough utensils and dishes in cabinet were dirty. There wasn't enough towels, no curtains anywhere so very cold and bright in bedrooms. There were cracks in foundation and the back end of house slanted downward . And there were lots of bugs in basement bedroom. Next time we come to DC to visit we will be staying somewhere else."

"No complimentary breakfast offered. We thought the rooms were very small. We did not appreciate being charged more than advertised simply at the whim of the hotel stating it was because of seasonal rate hikes. That was totally unexpected & very extravagant. "
