This locally owned apartment has its own entrance. The living areas in the apartment include a kitchen/diner with seating for six people, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and a second-floor sitting room with a Smart TV, Netflix, games. The bedrooms consist of a first-floor king-size with access to the Jack and Jill bathroom, a first-floor double with en-suite shower room, and a second-floor double, along with a Jack and Jill family bathroom and a second-floor cloakroom. Outside, there is a front gravelled garden with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop and a pub, and within 0.4, a beach. Please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
