"Staff was not at the desk most times. City view room was obstructed by new stadium construction going up right in front of hotel. Construction noise was non- stop. Housekeeping was noisy right outside our door. Valet was not available at times. The walk downtown wasn’t bad from this hotel, 0.8 mile walk. "

"Room was old outdated. Staff was nice, but I only had 1 channel on TV. Called the front office an they said they would have someone there right away. No one ever showed up. Breakfast ok, fresh eggs. Parking was good."

"Breakfast was just ok. Pool was closed and had algae growing in it. It looks like there is no attempt at fixing it. We stayed three nights and our room was not attended to at all during our stay. We had to ask for clean towels on the third day when our room had not been attended to at all. Check in staff was great. "
