"Staff and room cleanliness "

"These rooms are clean and quiet. And staff are very pleasant and accommodating. The cafe leaves something to be desired though, staff are not helpful and food choices and the stock of menu items are both very limited. "

"We had an amazing stay on Oct 23.as we returned from Singapore. As we were checking in, we were told we were receiving a complimentary room upgrade to the Penthouse suite. What??? I don't know what we did to deserve it, but it was such an amazing surprise. The room was beautiful! Thank you to the kind and friendly staff for a much-needed relaxing night. We will definitely stay again during our next trip to Vancouver or next layover. "

"Airports shuttle was easy to find. I only stayed one night, about 7 hrs (10pm-5am) between flights. It would be nice if the gym, pool or restaurant was open 24 hours or that the shuttle service starts before 6 AM but for a quick stop, close to hotel and easy check-in process it was great. I did get a Jacuzzi room so was able to relax in a Jacuzzi tub before bed, do know there is an older and new part to hotel. Although I was in the older part, the rooms are very spacious and clean."

"I happy to see that there was actual plates and cutlery. Wherever I have stayed in the past, they only have paper plates.. I am vegetarian, there were sausages and eggs for meat eaters. It would be good if there is something fir vegetarians also, like hashbrowns?"

"Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed. Dinner at the Wild Fig was excellent. Room was clean except for dirty windows and dusty TV stand. Would stay again."
