"The property was very nice, great location, beautiful view great food. The room cleaning was not done we asked for things in another floor coffee etc. The garbage was taken out, that was all. We did talk to the lady cleaning to clean as soon as she could as we were leaving the room. It did not happen. We really had to get what we needed ourselves"

"Our room was NOT clean. Besides the beds. The bathroom when the sliding door was closed there was something terrible on the wall behind it and then the other dark green wall showed all sorts of things and how long it’s been since it’s been cleaned. The other sliding door had makeup smeared all over the inside of it. Bathroom walls were covered in dirty finger prints. When the drapes were opened to enjoy the amazing windows there was a feather and hairs and dust all over the ledge. Baseboards were filthy and light switches. We had to stop looking. But the worst was the absolute filth covering the elevator buttons and the smell coming from it. Smelled like a parkade elevator. So disappointing because it is an amazing beautiful unique property. "

"Absolutely amazing room! Small & clean with a fantastic shower. However besides the staff the stars of the hotel have to be the comfy bed, feather pillows, warm duvet and sheets that keep you comfy all night! Five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"First time staying here, pleasantly surprised. Modern facilities with large rooms, restaurants, and friendly staff. Had dinner at Chop with friends and it was Excellent as well."

"Came home with bed bugs . absolutely nasty . apparently this is an on going issue that clearly isn’t dealt with . will never stay here again and will tell every single person i know the same thing ! 10/10 do not stay here the place has bugs and the management is a complete joke . didn’t even try to compensate the complete disaster i had to deal with . gross !"
