"George was amazing! At check-in, he noticed I was using crutches and upgraded me to a room that was better suited. Then the room that he gave had been smoked in, so he came with a new room key and helped me move to another room that had not been smoked in! I had a great sleep in a wonderful room, and this morning he checked in with me to make sure everything had been good. Breakfast was hot and fast with a good selection of juices, water, coffee types, muffins, breads, etc. Wonderful stay! Can’t wait until they finish all the renovations and the outside looks as good as the inside."
