They came and cleaned the villa anytime we needed transportation or wanted to do anything they were helpful in arrangements. The view is gorgeous. Great family getaway. For my birthday they also decorated the villa and sent a floaty filled with different Thai pastries. Great experience."

"Loved my stay here. Hotel is wonderful and a nice calm paradise in the middle of Patong. Room was just right and my stay at the serenity pool was wonderful and not too many children, children are lovely but l enjoyed the calmer atmosphere it provided. Multiple pools give lots of options to vibe how you like and lots of other amenities available, its is certainly well catered to both families and adult travellers looking to get away. Staff wonderful and very helpful. Rooms just feel nice to be in and there was a deep soaking bath which was certainly a lovely add on after a big day touring. I loved the scents of the hand wash etc and appreciated the scented diffusers all through the hallways, a lovely touch. Lots of breakfast variety. As expected restaurants are hotel prices but lots of great options if you just want to relax for the evening. Location right in patong so everything is accessible out your front door. Patong beach is not the best Thailand has to offer but lots of people enjoying the beach and swimming and doing water activities. I highly recommend this hotel, l just cannot fault it at all. Highly recommend."
