Your cozy getaway awaits in Wichita Falls at this marvelous guesthouse on our charming farm. With 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, and 1 toddler bed, this lovely retreat is perfect for small groups or families that want to get away from it all while staying just a step away from Wichita Falls. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, heating/AC, and an EV charger during your stay. A beautiful, well-maintained 30,000 gallon pool is available in the host’s backyard just steps away (shared with hosts, with first choice given to our guests) during the summer months! With a shallow end for relaxing and a deep end for fun activities, you and your family will definitely enjoy taking a break from the summer heat in the pool. This is a great place to call home base while you're away or needing a stop on your trip. We hope you enjoy your stay!
Other new amenities planned for August include a stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs, a charcoal and propane grill, a small library of books to enjoy, a smart TV in the bedroom along with a smart projector in the living room.
The guest house has its own private backyard and an XL doggy door for your furry friends. We also have two horse stalls and trailer parking available if you need to bring your horses (with a clear vet check and coggins). Please be sure to read the property rules for instructions if you plan to bring your horses. **Please ask host beforehand if you are planning on having guests over to use the pool. No parties or events! Thank you.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items
Please gather any used dishware & utensils in or near the sink or dishwasher. Please collect any of our towels or linens in the hamper. Bedsheets, pillowcases, and blankets can stay on the beds.
Remember to check the kitchen, bathroom, and closet for your personal items and take them with you. Please leave both the front and back doors unlocked and both AC units on.
If you have any pets, please clean up their messes. Please clean up dog poop in the yard. If you brought horses, muck out their stall with the gorilla cart, replace the shavings (new bags in the barn)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Must notify us about horses (up to 2) beforehand. Park trailer in 2nd driveway. Must stay in stalls for the entire stay. BYO food and water buckets.
Unregistered pets will result in double pet fees being kept from security deposit e.g. pet fee $100/stay, unregistered pet fee: $200 from sec. deposit
Horses must have clear vet check and clear coggins to stay. The owner has a horse on the property.

Our hosts were very kind and accommodating. They were very responsive and helpful. The house was clean and they provided more cleaning supplies immediately when requested. You can tell that the hosts love animals and understand their behavior and needs. It's perfect if you have pets. They have the friendliest goat and horse I've ever seen, and their dog Jonas is awesome! Highly recommend! It delivered everything that was promised!
