"Don’t be fooled — this hotel is definitely not giving Vienna vibes. It’s more like student accommodation with a reception desk. If you check in online, you then have to ring a helpline just to get electricity access unless you tap in with your bank card like you’re starting a laundrette machine. No cups in the room either, so apparently hydration means lapping water from the sink like a thirsty cat. It’s basic at best. Location is a bit meh, and the whole set-up has more flaws than charm."

"New room, comfortable bed, auto check in for late arrivals, friendly staff, excellent breakfast selection, 24 hour mini grocery store across the parking lot, very convenient to the highway. "

"Close proximity to bus and train station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms and hallways had a bit of an odor, but were clean. Room was on the east side with setting sun and had a hard time cooling down properly. One elevator was out of service the first day but was fixed quickly. Advertised gym was under renovation and not able to be used."
