"From the time we arrived until we checked out, Sue, Clive and the rest of the wonderful people at the Bull Inn were friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Food was excellent, we had one evening meal and 2 breakfasts. Would stay again if in the area. "

"Very welcoming and friendly to us humans and our Spaniel.
Charlotte and team made our stay very comfortable.
Very reasonably priced stay and surprisingly quiet as adjacent to a road.
The pop up burger van was a win as we arrived post Sunday roast time and thought we’d go hungry :)"

"Myself and partner just had the one night away, great set up, accommodation was excellent, quaint and very clean and comfortable. Nigel(the host) was a pleasure to meet and nothing was an issue for him should there of been one.
If anyone is thinking of booking here, you won’t be disappointed. "

"A little tricky to find initially as it is a narrow access to the parking area, but good directions being close to the shop.
Friendly staff, clean venue and convenient location for my short stay. Decent breakfast selection."

"Unique opportunity to stay in a windmill. We stayed in the room at the very top (the wheel room). The views are stunning and although it was a very windy couple of nights the occasional creaking from the wooden structure only added to the experience!
Breakfast was excellent. Perfect poached eggs and good fish options available if desired. We also had a nice drink in the bar one evening. The Adnams Single Malt is lovely.

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean, a bit of road noise in the morning, but quiet apart from that. Breakfast was very good and plentiful."
"The room was lovely and welcoming, very comfortable and was more than we were expecting.
The breakfast the next morning was brilliant, great produce and great selection to try!
The spa was fab, definitely worth adding onto your stay. So many fun relaxing experiences to try and the staff are all lovely and welcoming. Felt like a truly lovely experience compared to other spa visits. It was such a vibe!
Would highly recommend. "

"Staff and food are the key reasons I’m awarding 5 stars. They dealt with everything even though I forgot to complete the info before arrival.
Room was lovely and clean and loved sitting by the log fire near the bar.
As a traveller without a dog, I found all the dogs and owners great and appreciated they were separate in the main restaurant. "
"Had a wonderful stay at The Dabbling Duck. Our room was lovely and clean with a great view of the Village Green. The staff, who were extremely busy serving Sunday lunch were very polite and helpful. We had a booking in the restaurant, where the food was amazing, as was the breakfast. Over all, this is a stunning place to stay and chill, absolutely loved it, 10/10."
" The size and facilities in the studio apartment were way beyond our expectations. The cleanliness of the whole complex was very good. The pool looked amazing but unfortunately we didn't pack our swim stuff! The bar and restaurant were really nice with a good range of reasonably priced food and drinks available."
