"This was our second time coming to Little Exuma, but our first time staying at this house. The house was absolutely beautiful, very clean and perfect location! The house manager Andrew was incredible!! He helped us with any questions, including bringing us more 5 gallon water jugs, to arranging in an early taxi to the airport for some of our guests and much more. This house was by far our favorite and we cannot wait to return!"

"Hubby and I had a very nice 10 days at Coconut Breeze. Loved the pool and the shower the most! Wish there was a generator as there were many power outages, but that is to be expected in Exuma from what we read. Tim’s on the Bay is a must! We ate there twice! Very nice trip. Thank you!"

"Mostly like to say it was not a place for kids, so no kids. I love kids, but it was nice to have only adults around. We have no complaints whatsoever about our stay. Staff was courteous, friendly and out of their way helpful. Ask for Mary!!!!!! "

"Bellavista was perfect for us, all the amenities you can think of especially chairs and umbrella. The beach in front is neat in its on right plus sites over at stocking but the hidden gem is a 5-10 walk to your left. Unbelievable beach with calm beautiful blue water that is waist deep as far as you can go! Owners assessable anytime on the what’s up app as well. They even have a 2nd unit Bellavista Breeze 3 doors down. Will definitely seek another week with them the next time we try. "

"This house was perfect for our family. It had EVERYTHING that we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked including a water dispenser with enough 5 gallon water bottles for our entire stay. The laundry room has two washers and two dryers which we used many times a day. The living room has comfortable furniture which gave our family a nice place to hang out. The best part of the house is the pool area and beach area. We spent most of our days in the pool and on the beach. We snorkled and kayaked right off the beach and saw turtles, lots of colored fish, starfish, conchs and even a few sharks. It was amazing! We also enjoyed having a few chefs come to the house and cook for us and a wonderful trip out with Exuma Sports for a 1/2 day trip to the remote islands. This was a fun and memorable trip for our family."

"This house had everything you need! Fully stocked with toys, fishing rods, kayaks, etc. No need to go anywhere. House also had everything you need inside. Very responsive host. Highly recommend "
