"Employees were friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay there again for the rate. Location was perfect for Colonial Williamsburg and Jamestown. Our room was nice - the AC was a bit weird (freezing while running, but then would get hot before it would start again). We had to ask for extra towels every day (we had 6 in our room.) The room was clean unless you looked closely. We found various trash from other guests around the room, in not obvious places, just made me wonder how clean everything really was. The pool was nice - water was a tad chilly, and the chlorine levels must have been high bc our eyes burned just being in the room. (But didn’t stop us from using it every day). Family of 6… 4 kids under 13. Breakfast was great with lots of options! Again, for the price we paid - it was great!"

"I had a quick wonderful birthday getaway. The property is very well maintained; very clean. Every staff member we encountered were very polite and helpful. They found out it was my birthday and delivered a bottle of wine and chocolates to me. It was VERY nice and made my day even more special. There's plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Great location. The only downside is them wanting to sell you a timeshare. I will be returning to the property and bringing my grands for spring break so they can enjoy the pools game room putt putt etc. I really enjoyed the peace and quiet"

"Individuals at front desk were extremely friendly and professional. Our room was huge (room 201 - suite w/3 beds + 2 bathrooms), clean, and perfect for our family of 5. Blackout blinds were greater and very much appreciated. The free breakfast was okay - nice to have a convenient free option available, but not particularly good (just meh) . But lots of other options nearby so not a big dealz"
