"There is no double glazing so bedrooms can be noisy at night if you are not used to traffic"

"Mum and I had a lovely one night stay at St Joseph’s by the Sea. It was quiet and felt secure, part of a spiritual retreat centre with an adjoining convent. Cleanliness and comfortable beds were perfect, and access worked well for my 94-year-old mum, with a wheelchair available too. It is an easy 10-15 walk to main shopping area of Williamstown and less than 1 minute to the waters edge. There was plenty of on street parking available when we stayed. We had a twin room which was roomy, with desk...

"Comfortable and clean accommodation. Staff were extremely helpful. Easy parking and good access to transport into Melbourne."

"Excellent facilities, spacious and clean with beautiful views of the ocean and lake with wildlife on your doorstep. You can enjoy a beach side pathed walk into Williamstown from the property."

"Clean , great price, convenient to my needs as l was volunteering at an event at Seaworks"

"Spotless, great views, staff were wonderful & friendly & helpful. Very convenient."

"A hidden gem tucked away in an unexpected corner of South Melbourne. From the moment you enter the lobby, you’re transported into an elegant, thoughtfully designed retreat from the bustle of the city. Our room was spacious and beautifully considered, with luxurious amenities that made the stay feel special. We particularly looked forward to the pool, sauna and steam room, but sadly these spaces didn’t reflect the care evident elsewhere. The sauna floor was covered in hair, the steam room had...

"I had a problem with the door slamming. Soft close was broken which meant other rooms next door their door would slam every time they came in and out. Very annoying and woke me up. Apart from that, it was awesome."

"The dryer didn't work my clothes were wet I didn't have any other clothes I had to wear wet clothes not happy"

"Perfect location. Trams are just a short walk and Restaurants, Cafes and groceries near by."

"Lovely modern rooms, friendly staff and great breakfast."

"The apartment itself was clean, conveniently located and good value. Unfortunately, the management experience was dreadful. Before arrival, we were bombarded with emails about rules, deposits and payments: $X for this deposit, $X parking fee and $X for that deposit, top of the booking. Yet my request for a high-floor room with a nice view received virtually no response. I proactively arranged parking, even providing vehicle details in advance. Despite this, the car wouldn’t fit. On arrival, we...

"Outstanding hotel, very comfortable with can do staff. Nice views from room."

"This hotel is one of the best that we have stayed in the Hyatt group of hotels. The staff were very courteous and didn't rush us through. We felt privileged to stay at this hotel and we liked the amenities and the service provided. The rooms were well lit and the cutlery and the bathrooms were well appointed. Good Service, Good location and good people made our stay great."

"A really nice-sized, comfortable and quiet apartment for a Melbourne stay. We were in the one-bed apartment, with river view. Great location, close to everything but away from traffic and train noise. Pool and gym area was great. Would definitely stay here again."

"The location is great, close enough to everything although nice and quiet."
