Conveniently located, walk to bars and restaurants. Hotel room was clean but a little tired looking. Basic amenities, a little noisy, good for a short stay. Breakfast was excellent, made to order. Parking was easy and with a direct acceess to hotel. Got a free parking as a VIP Expedia member which was great. Staff was super courteous and professional. I choose this property specifically because it was near my favorite restaurant in Melbourne, Akwaaba. The Suya platter is the best. Anyway, the property and staff was excellent and I had no complaints. Bedroom/ bathroom was fine and comfortable. The tram runs all night on weekends and that was helpful. Location is good and easily accessible.

The room was smallish but reasonably comfortable. It would have been much better if the storage had been adequate. The 2-sectioned wardrobe had one usable section. The other section had the fridge and beverage items. Access to the car park was rather convoluted and involved navigating stairs. There are plenty of eating options around, and the St Kilda pier was closeby.

Great stay.

The prince has really nice public areas, great co-located food and drink options and is in the heart of St Kilda. The staff are lovely. The rooms are older style but have been nicely renovated and work well without being luxurious.
