What a great stay, came in a few hours early not expecting any extras just wanted to drop our bags and explore, but the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we had our room in ten minutes. Room was amazing, clean well designed great bed. The whole place was a really relaxed vibe, great facilities and so close to everything. We’ll be back, highly recommend.

The staff are simply excellent. They manage to provide a high end service without being stuffy, and the hotel itself is luxurious and comfortable. You could dress up for dinner or head down in worn yoga pants for a coffee with equal comfort. Would be delighted to go back.

The property is beautiful, amenities were great and the staff were very helpful. Unfortunately, our room was overlooking the road which was quite loud at night so we didnt have a good sleep. Overall a great hotel, we will go back but we would stay in a different room.

Absolutely incredible stay — hands down the best hotel I’ve ever experienced in Melbourne! The entire place was immaculate, from the facilities to the welcoming vibe. The scent as soon as you walk in is divine, and every staff member was so kind and attentive. A special shout-out to Vesna for her outstanding customer service, warmth, and a good laugh. The pool and gym are stunning, and the amenities have everything you could possibly need. This will definitely be my go-to spot for future work trips. Service was overall great, friendly and helpful staff, delicious drinks and food at the restaurant and from room service. Great location. Im not giving 5 stars cause the floor in my room was a bit dusty in the corners and the one time I asked my room to be serviced it seemed like they started cleaning but did not finish. There was a spray bottle with cleaning solution in it left on the bathroom counter, bathmat not replaced and floor still a bit susty.
