"I was looking for a convenient place to stay near Brighton, and this turned out to be an excellent choice. Communication was great throughout, with quick and helpful responses to any questions I had. The bed was very comfortable, making for a good night’s sleep, and the free on-street parking nearby was a real bonus. Overall, a very pleasant and hassle-free stay."

"Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with our stay and experience. 1. Communication: Booked through Hotels.com but messages were sent via Expedia, which did not upload, meaning we did not get the accommodation access code, which we had to chase. Unable to sent messages on Guesty app. 2. Sofabed very uncomfortable. Needs a bed topper. Bed frame did not open fully, I think due to damaged/deformed frame. 3. Main bed frame has wooden features at the end, which means you can hurt your shin or toe...
