Little to no arrival information was provided ahead of time, and the actual check-in information was sent an hour AFTER our pre-stated arrival time. "The staff were very friendly and very helpful. I have a small 9 month old and navigating the property with a baby was challenging. They made the stay very easy and comfortable providing all the necessary amenities like a kettle to warm his milk, a crib and extra blankets. "
