"My wife and I have stayed in this hotel for 6 times in the last two years whenever we come to Hong Kong. The hotel is located at a quiet area but only 2 minutes walk to the bus and tram stops, staffs are excellent, very helpful. The front desk representatives are very polite and cheerful. The managers Mr. Cheng and Billy are wonderful executives. "Really enjoyed our stay at The Emperor Hotel. The hotel was located at a very convenient spot for us; a very comfortable walking distance to Causeway Bay and Wan Chai station. Getting to Ocean Park by bus was quick and convenient too. The room was comfortable, had AC and sockets were placed conveniently beside the beds (including plug sockets and USB plug ins). The bathroom sink consisted of a hot tap and cold tap making it easy to use; a non slip mat for the shower was also a plus. Despite us not having breakfast and leaving the hotel/starting the day sporadically during our stay, it never ceased to amaze me how on track the housekeeping was. We were never disturbed and always came back to a nice and clean room. The view was also magnificent and was particularly pleased with the ceiling (close to) floor window. The beds were very comfortable and the staff at reception were nice and helpful with queries. The only downsides were the fridge in the room was not cold and the room overall was slightly cramped. Despite this, I will definitely be booking with The Emperor Hotel again during my next Hong Kong stay. "

"The front desk was ok. However the conditions of the room were horrible. There were scratches all over the furniture and the window was very dirty. The room was musky and honestly looked like a motel room."

"The breakfast was not fresh and did not have many options for consume and it did not exceed my expectation. Although the staff provided fair service but I asked for 115V adapter to charge my devices and they did not provide it. In addition, the room condition was awesome and super clean and the air condition was working pretty good too and I could not complaint about it. "

"Overall, the stay was brilliant. The cleaning staff were very friendly, plus they did a good job cleaning. The room was cool, and was comfortable. When you go outside, there would be plenty of delicious food restaurants. Additionally, there is also a Wellcome store so it was very convenient just in case we were lacking something. "
