She went above and beyond to help set me up with a nice room, accommodated my request to look up my Marriott rewards # and granted a late check out since I was running a 5k race in the morning. That extra hour was greatly appreciated and one of the main reasons why I prefer Marriott properties. I love staying at Citizen and look forward to future trips. Thank you!"

"Nice hotel with a very comfortable bed and relaxing tv power saving mode of a fireplace but I wish I would have known they were hosting prom. It was a little hectic for a bit but it was nice to chill at the bar. The bar manager was very snobby and didn’t seem like she had customer service skills and didn’t want to work. Once she left the bar mood was very chill. Try the pretzel it’s a must."

It is not “the ritz” but it has worked perfectly for me every time. The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. "
