"Had a fantastic stay in the Edelweisse suite for part of our honeymoon tour of the lakes. Room was spotless and awesome. Fantastic facilities in the room, difficult to choose between hot tub or spa bath, so alternated between the two. Batj may have edged it due to TV! Comfortable bed and sofa. Breakfast was ordered the evening before and brought to our room, and was delicious!"

"Wonderful return visit to the hotel, excellent room overlooking lake, friendly and helpful staff. Noted that breakfast was now a standard hotel self service buffet , (with cold plates ! ), not served to order as in the past.. "

"The hotel was in a perfect location. Our room key was giving us a lot of problems so the hotel staff was not accommodating and changing our room, there was a resort fee for using the spa and other facilities and also extending the check out by one hour. This should be part of the facility and we should not have been charged extra "

"We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property. The staff were so helpful and polite, they took fantastic care of us. The hotel and surrounding area were beautiful and well kept, the rooms were comfortable with plenty of space and accessible showers. Breakfast was included with the stay and was a delicious buffet, and dinner in the restaurant was fantastic. When we return to Windermere we will absolutely be coming back to stay here again. "
