Nice and clean hotel with good breakfast options and it’s closer to all Disney theme parks.

Excellent hotel. Rooms are cleans and new. Staff were friendly. Breakfast is a must, a lot of different choices. Pool is awesome. They do offer transportation to the park which you have to reserve.

Very close to universal, walkable locations, and many food options near by!

The beginning of a great stay started with Carmen at the front desk. We felt welcomed, informed and appreciated. I read reviews about the hot water, but we had no problem; the shower was great with adequate hot water. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily. The mattresses isn’t plush but I slept well. Great for a one night stay

Close to Universal, walkable but also had plenty of transportation options. Property was clean and stay was friendly.

My stay in Orlando was wonderful. While the room and facilities were somewhat outdated, I appreciated the clean air and friendly service, making it a great experience overall.

It was stunning and pristine. Very well managed, maintained and extremely clean. Awesome amenities and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. My wife and I loved it and we’re so glad we chose to stay here for our 25th anniversary.

When I booked, I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect, but Cabana Bay exceeded our expectations. Friendly staff, a charming theme, great communal areas and lovely rooms. The property was amazing it is 10 mins away from Disney parks and 5 mins away from the Disney entrance gates. There is a target, 5-below, lime fresh Mexican grill, and a Starbucks at walking distance. The pool is very large and amazing for kids. The hotel rooms are very large with pull couches, comfortable beds, and a fully stocked kitchen perfect cooking. The hotel staff is on another level they offer top-tier service at all hours. This is a very nice hotel located at ICON park. Every staff member that we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The room was large and exceptionally clean. The husband thought the bed was very comfy. Lots of water pressure in the shower. Plentiful free parking. Close to many of the major Orlando attractions and a ton of restaurants within walking distance.

The cleanliness of the property, the rooms are cleaned daily. Whet I didn’t like was an extra charge of $175 after I have paid for my 7days stay and upon checking in I was told a service fee of $175 for the 7days I’m staying which I wasn’t informed about when I booked my stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly, and it felt safe with 24/7 security patrolling the grounds. The air conditioning kept the room perfectly cool, and having a full kitchen was a huge plus. Highly recommend.

Great stay!

Room was super clean, staff was super friendly, free shuttle, lobby clean, quick flawless check in and out, option to stay late, we didn't, but there was an option, free breakfast, big room, comfy bed, close to park, beautiful room everything was updated, clean kuerig, loved this place, will stay again, great price, totally impressed.

Amazing hotel

This is a very nice resort! Everyone is friendly and professional. The restaurant serves some of the best food and cocktails that I’ve ever had. I was impressed by the size of the room, it has a walk in closet, washing machine, living room and a kitchen. This made our trip to Disney a very relaxing experience. Keep up the great work!
